A Record Holder No More

Never to spin again.

This stack of vinyl was gathering dust in a dilapidated garage out in a withering suburb. I never got the chance to appreciate the music contained within these records’ grooves, nor did I bother to check to see who the artists were. Instead, I figured, records were made to be broken, so to the dumpster they went. Better there than on some hipster’s turntable.

    That’s really too bad! They actually are worth money(no matter what the songs) to collectors, antique dealers, flea markets. Donating them to one of the charities would be a better option for future such finds.

  3. those are shellac 78 rpm records not vinyl. should have checked them, there was probably a robert johnson record in there you could have gotten like five grand for
